Roderica Cottrell, MD, is a physiatrist who has provided non-surgical musculoskeletal care to the Atlanta, Georgia, area since 2006 and works out of the Sandy Springs and College Park offices of Polaris Spine & Neurosurgery Center. Dr. Cottrell completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology in 1998, followed by receipt of her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2002. She relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2003 to complete her residency training at Emory University. She is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a diplomate of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Cottrell prides herself on providing “patient-first” care with a focus on treating the whole person.
